PRAGATI SANSTHAN has taken up the responsibilities for producing energy from non-conventional sources, health, human resources development & technical research and training.

Our mission is to make real the idea of society consisting of free and equal citizens who are able to come together and solve the problems that affect them in their particular contexts.

The commitment is to work for a paradigm of development and governance that is democratic and polyarchic. Pragati seeks to institutionalize the idea that development and governance is not only to be carried out by the State and its formal bodies like the legislature and the bureaucracy but should engage citizens and their associations separately and jointly with the State. The mission briefly to construct the conditions in which citizens of plural backgrounds and perspectives can come together and deliberate on how they can work to benefit and empower the least advantaged in society.

PRAGATI SANSTHAN was established in the year or 1998 & got registered in the year 2002 by the Registrar of Firms & Societies under the 1860 act. PRAGATI SANSTHAN is formed by youngsters to project, protect & promote the social and cultural heritage of India.

PRAGATI SANSTHAN was named so with a resolution to give a specific shape to the society in he spheres of education, literature, culture, and entrepreneurship & Ecological awareness of India.

PRAGATI SANSTHAN is established with the promise towards the weaker section to elevate & project their status by providing them adequate service & support for education, employment, public assistance, health, nutrition etc. continues to be the primary consideration. Our objective has been the reduction in the incidence of poverty, providing better opportunities for self-development & to bring about increased participation of vulnerable group in particular in the development process.
